"Santiago es Chile, Valparaíso mi Amor", but Valparaíso can be a dangerous place for first-time visitors wondering around the streets. Thanks for our guide, we had a wonderful day trip at this lovely city.

Torres del Paine is often considered to have the best hiking trails in the world. Unfortunately, because of the stormy weather, we didn't make any meaningful attempt. After all, visiting TDP was only an overture of a grander journey.

This was the most eventful day of all our travel trips, but there is nothing more rewarding than watching the unbeatable sunset view surrounded by the signature landscape of Torres del Paine National Park.

Punta Arenas is the southernmost city of Chile. Sitting by the Strait of Magellan, it had been a booming town before Panama Canal was constructed. Today's Punta Arenas is a quiet city and a tourist hub of Chilean Patagonia region.
